I’m registered as an independent voter but made a contribution for the first time to a primary candidate since Obama. NJ primaries don’t count much because they are too late in the season so hopefully contributions like mine can help push her ahead.

I also don’t like how the media seems to be taking the spotlight away from Sen. Warren in favor of two men who share characteristics of the current president (though of course they are not at the same level of unjust and hateful policies as the current administration).

Elizabeth Warren isn’t perfect (I’d love to see her really repent about the Native American claim and be a little stronger on healthcare) but she is qualified, cares about people, is experienced, and shares many of the values that matter to me.
