Having recently read “Once Upon a Wardrobe,” I felt compelled to read The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. I loved this book as a child and would check the back of my closets for a way into the magical land of Narnia. Reading it as an adult touched on a sense of nostalgia with deeper insights into the theological aspects. Kind of alarming to think that the second sentence places the children in the home of the professor to protect them from air raids. Was definitely worth revisiting Narnia.
